The 48th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference - CAS 2025 - Save the date!
The 47th edition of the International Semiconductor Conference - CAS 2024, an IEEE event, will take place in Sinaia, Romania, October 9 - 11, 2024.
The CAS conference will bring together prominent researchers, academic experts, students and industry specialists to share innovative ideas and recent advances in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The conference facilitates the exchange of scientific and technical information covering a broad range of topics, from semiconductor device physics, technology and integrated circuits to micro- and nanotechnologies, including micro-nanoelectronics and micro-nanosystems technologies, encompassing all relevant aspects such as modelling and simulation, design, measurement.
The event annually attracts around 150 participants who enjoy a comprehensive technical and social program.

The accepted papers (4 pages) at CAS conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. CAS Proceedings volumes are available in IEEE Xplore database for each conference edition each starting 1995. The papers were indexed by Web of Science since 1996.

The conference is organized by the National Institute for R&D in Microtechnologies, Romania (coordinated by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization in Romania) and is co-sponsored by IEEE - Electron Devices Society Section.
