Aims:

• to create a critical mass based on research groups having complementary expertise in photonics and  establish a thematic network between academic and industrial partners
• to utilize and integrate the research and technological facilities,
• to and develop mixed technologies for micro/nano structures and photonic systems with applications in communications.
