Dr. Irina Ionica received the PhD in Micro and nano electronics from the National Polytechnic Institute in Grenoble (INPG) in 2005. Since 2006, she is associate professor at Grenoble Institute of Technology. She is the author and co-author of more then 10 technical journal papers and communications at international conferences. Her science interests cover Silicon at micro and nano scale: from silicon nanowires to Silicon-on-Insulator structures. Her expertise area is the electrical characterization of microelectronic devices and the nano-characterization by scanning probe microscopy.
