Prof. S. Bellucci is first researcher at the INFN- Laboratori Nazionalidi Frascati, Via E. Fermi 40, 00044, Frascati, Italy. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Physics of elementary particles with the following thesis: "Super-symmetry in anti-de Sitter space", under the supervision of Prof. S. J. Gates Jr., SISSA, Universita di Trieste, Italy. Prof. Bellucci has written more than three hundred research papers in the field of theoretical physics, accelerator physics, condensed matter and nanotechnology, channeling through micro and nano sized structures, electronic transport in carbon nanotubes, spin-tronics, nanocomposites for aerospace applications, field emission from carbon nanotubes for the development of new electron sources, nanobiotechnology, cytotoxicity of carbon nanotubes.
