E-news CAS 2025, No. 1 - Call for papers The International Semiconductor Conference CAS focuses on key areas of research in nanoscience, micro- and nanotechnologies, and semiconductor devices physics and technology. We invite you to attend the 48th edition of CAS and join a community of leading academic scientists, researchers, industry specialists and students, to explore the vast potential of micro- and nanotechnologies.
We're looking forward to receiving your original contributions in the conference topics listed below.
Important dates: You are invited to submit full papers (4 pages). The accepted papers presented at CAS conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Alternative: 2 pages papers, that could be selected for presentation at the conference only and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. The students' participation in CAS conference is strongly encouraged. The students will present the papers in special sessions and benefit by reduced registration fees.
