Analising and modelling/simulation for new architecture of multilayer structures.
A model for the reflectivity calculus of periodical multilayer structures have been obtained and applied for simulation of structures composed of: succesive layers of SiO2 and Au; many pairs of  ITO/ZnO layers deposited on silicon substrate; poly-Si/ SiO2 on silicon substrate
The spectral dependence of the reflectivity for a structure with 10 pairs of ITO/ZnO layers on silicon substrate with layers thickness of   3*l/(4n)
