- STRUCTURE “CEMENT-WOOD” COMPOSITES WITH NANOMATERIALS
INCLUDED:
Starting materials:
• Portland cement of type CEM I 42,5 R
• sawdust;
• addition of micro-nanopowders (ultrahairpin silica );
• additive FORTERA.
- Technology for
preparation of „cement-wood” material:
Luigi - Giazzi Masticator
- Physico-mechanical characteristics of composites materials:
• standard cement and composite cements
with various additives were tested physically (consistent
water standard, time binding, stability) and mechanical
(bending resistance and compression at 2, 7 and 28 days)
• composites with various wood materials was tested
mechanical, wood fibers were introduced in mixing mixtures. |
