high-speed, high sensitivity, low noise silicon
photodetectors includind PIN , APD photodiodes optimised at specified wavelength;
optoelectronic integrated circuits;
photodetectors for 1.3-1.6 spectral range including
PIN and Schottky bariers photodiodes based on InGaAs/InP heterostructures grown by Cl-VPE
technique;
silicon photovoltaic cells with high conversion
efficiency.
