silicon surface and bulk microprocessing for MEMS, or "Lab-On-Chip" (chemical and biomedical) applications;
design and fabrication of the microchannel test structures in/on silicon used for fluid flow and heat transfer applications;
microprocessing of AlN, and SiO nanostructured thin films.
