Nanostructure of BiFeO3and LaFeO3 epitaxial films obtained by PLD for photochemistry applications,

BiFeO3 and LaFeO3 epitaxial films have been deposited on SrTiO3 ( STO) nanocrystals substrates by PLD techniques [ 1.2]. The transmission electron microscopy study have been performed using cross sections specimens, prepared by tripode method. The paper presents the HRTEM details of the nanostructure of these films deposited with different thickness or by superimposed depositions of ferritic films. The study intends to present the morphology and quantitative structural data connected with the composition and the integral data resulted from XRD.
