Each speaker must ensure that the presentation, including questions and answers, takes no longer than the time stipulated in the Conference Programme.
The durations of presentation slots are 20 minutes for regular papers presentations and 30 minutes for invited presentations, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
Preparation of Visuals:

PLEASE BRING YOUR PRESENTATION FILE ON A USB. In exceptional cases, if you bring your own laptop with a special software loaded, please announce the organisers ([email protected]) before the conference. Files can be uploaded to the local PCs in the lecture rooms during the breaks between the sessions. To avoid software compatibility problems (MS Powerpoint), presenting authors are advised to EMBED ALL FONTS in the Powerpoint file AND bring a backup PDF-version of your presentation.
• Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of your session to report to the chair person and upload the presentation. A member of the conference Organising team will also be available in case you need technical assistance.
General Considerations:
• All fonts, including that on graphs, should be 18 point or larger.
• Graphs and charts should have bold lines and symbols that contrast sharply with the background.

Poster Presentations

There will be a large number of posters presented during the conference. It is essential that your poster is put up just before the session and removed immediately after it has ended - the Conference Secretariat team will provide assistance.
The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with the number of your poster contribution: Ex. AB.1 (AB=session code, 1=poster 1). Look for your number in the conference program.
The poster should be A0 size: 841mm (wide) x 1189 mm (high).
The format of the poster panel provided by the conference organisers is portrait (height > width). This cannot be modified.
