Objectives
Herein, the driving motivation of the EgiDe project dwells in the development of new nanomaterials and nano-systems for on-chip energy devices that can collect/release large amount of energy in short time, as well as in the finding out theoretical contributions for rational design and engineering of the next integrated circuits.
Thus, one of the main objectives is design and development of new types of novel hybrid nano-systems through engineering low dimensional heterostructures. Also, on-chip design and fabrication of current collector/electrode/electrolyte 3D architectures will be addressed.
