Dr. Valentin S Teodorescu,

Dr. Valentin S Teodorescu is a researcher I degree in National Institute for Materials Physics (NIMP), working in the domain of materials nanostructure using transmission electron microscopy. He is co-author of more than 300 papers, member of the Doctorate School of the Faculty of Physics of Bucharest University and member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists. He's research cover a large domains of material nanostructure in catalyst powders, semiconductors, metallic alloys and thin films. In the last period, Dr Teodorescu was working on semiconductor and oxide thin films and interfaces using the high resolution analytical transmission electron microscopy, related to SiGe, TiO2, HfO2, BiFeO3 and other structures deposited by RF or PLD methods.
