Dr. Christoph Meinecke

Christoph Meinecke studied physics in Leipzig and received the Dipl.-Phys. degree in 2003 and the PHD degree in Physics in 2011, both from University of Leipzig. He is currently a scientific researcher at the Center for Microtechnologies in Chemnitz, Germany. His research interests include fabrication technology and packaging of high aspect ratio microstructures, BioMEMS, design of inertial sensors and fabrication and integration of nanostructures.
