Publications
The results obtained during the project were disseminated in the frame of prestigious international events and were received with interest by the highly specialized audience.
The project coordinator, Dr. Dan Neculoiu was invited to give a tutorial, entitled “Microwave MEMS and applications” in the frame of the 43rd European Solid-State Device Research Conference 2013, section “Tutorial 1 - ESSDERC: "MEMS and Sensors: technology and applications”. The presentation included numerous results obtained in this project.
