¤ Objectives of the project and expected results:

1. Development of high efficiency integrated energy source and related technology able to power IoT
sensor networks for Smart factory applications
2. Development of high quality thin film piezoelectric materials, compatible with MEMS technology
3. Development of an integrated high performance supercapacitors based on smart device design and nanostructuring
4. Assessment and quantification of the environmental impact improvement of the proposed solution
