The project aim

The project aims to the collaboration between the two partners, IMT Bucharest, Romania and KERI, KOREA, in the development of novel devices: acoustic devices (SAW and FBAR) based on the piezoelectric properties of wide band semiconductors and energy harvesting devices based on the piezoelectric properties of PZT.
