Registration fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro.

If you do not use the on-line form  you should pay the Conference Fee by bank transfer (bank commission is not included in the fee) to the IMT Bucharest, IBAN RO66RNCB0479002759890004, open for MEMSWAVE 2016 at the BCR Sector 2 Branch (8 Popa Lazar, sector 2, Bucharest, Romania, Swift/BIC code RNCBROBU).
It is mandatory to specify your name and MEMSWAVE 2016 on the document of the bank transfer.

Conference Fees will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner
RF-MST Cluster Meeting Fees will include Coffee breaks and lunch

Authors registration: final acceptance of papers and their inclusion in the conference proceedings are contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author, before June 23, 2016.
Only one presentation per registration is allowed

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat ([email protected]), a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Accompanying persons: Information for joining the social event will be available in due time.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the conference. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
