AWARDS

The projects “Building-in Reliability Technology for Power Diodes – BIRD”, “ New techniques for reliability evaluation of electronic components” and “ Metode noi de control si incercari pentru cresterea performantelor proceselor tehnologice de fabricatie a dispozitivelor semiconductoare de putere” received in 2001 the Award of the General Association of Romanian Engineers (AGIR).

The Laboratory is hosting the National Committees for Semiconductors Devices and for Electronics Assembly Technology , which is the recipient of “Dragomir Hurmuzescu” Award for the excellence in the field of standardization.
